In order to stay healthy, our immune system needs to be healthy. We can be proactive about strengthening our immune system. Here are some practical ways you can reduce your toxic load and build up your immunity. Let your body and it's amazing immune system do what it is created to do.

Avoid eating foods with added sugar and processed foods. Sugar depresses your immune system. Stay away from tobacco, gluten, dairy and reduce alcohol use to reduce inflammation.
Drink plenty of filtered water. Add lemon/lime to alkalize the water and add more vit C and electrolytes. (Drink half your body weight in oz) Stay away from sugary and caffeinated drinks. Drinking Matcha Green Tea boosts immunity with its powerful antioxidant, EGCG.
Eat more powerful immune boosting foods. Bone Broth, ginger, garlic, onions, pear, oranges, lemons, limes, peppers, kale, carrots, pumpkin, broccoli, spinach, almonds, cauliflower, asparagus, sunflower seeds, melons, parsley, hummus and all kinds of berries.

Sunlight and fresh air daily ( 30-60 min.) Take a brisk walk, bike ride, do your exercise outdoors. Do some grounding by touching the grass or concrete floor with your body. Cotton socks are okay.
